Honey  Biscuits
120 gm marg
120 gm sugar
180 gm self-raising flour
1 teaspoon cinamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg yolk

1. Cream the marg and sugar together.
2. Then add cinamon and egg yolk.
3. Then add honey and flour.
4. Then make into a dough and roll small bits over sugar and cinamon.
5. Then using a cutter, make into biscuit shapes and put on greased baking trays. Gas mark 4 for 12 to 15 mins.
